For all of you anti-war protestors--I hope you enjoy the freedoms you have because the men, women and children and Basra have none.
World news org.s are releasing European reports that anti-Saddam Muslims in Basra are being shelled for opposing the regime in Iraq.
Be thankful and thank a vet. They ensure that right is secure for you.

Hey didn't you know Rooster? We're the real evil here, and we rushed to an illegal war.
I kicked aVet today at my Peace Rally just to get an arrest on my record so I can say I did something with my life as I waste space.

Hearing that makes you feel lucky just to be born in this country. Those people in Iraq must be living in a living hell... too scared to afraid to say anything with the prospect of facing death and torture. The people protesting this war are excersing a right of speech that in some countries around this world people only dream about. The US armed forces are giving their lives in order to libertate an oppressed people from a sadistic regime. I hopes this opens some eyes, probably won't though.

I've said this in another thread but I'll say it again. I spent 4 years in the military not just to better myself but (as trite as it may sound) to further the freedoms that people who came before me gave to me. That also includes people who protest against what I may have done or believed in. I truly believe that these people have the God given right to voice their opinion because that is what truly makes MY country great. I may not agree but go ahead and knock yourself out (as long as you don't violate my rights-then we may have a problem)
God bless us all!

I am very happy that I live in America because it is a great country. Those soldiers fighting for America's freedoms are true heroes. I considering going to West Point earlier last year, but realized that I'm not noble enough to fight for my country no matter the war. The soldiers fighting right now are truly noble and deserve respect for what they're doing.
