If he is found guilty, I suggest that he be tied to stakes in the middle of the desert and left to rot.

It's unfortunate of this but its know fact soldiers lose their minds in combat . It is said the soldier wanted to fight in combat but his commanding officers told him he had to stay. Well I hope thats the case I do disagree that the MEDIA once again has to bring up the words Muslim. It doesn't matter what religion the soldier belong to.

I can understand being against the war. I was against the war before this all started but I do support our troops and our military and political objectives for the time being. I would have to suppose that if this guy joined the military he would disqualify himself as a pacifist by the nature of his profession. Whom did he expect to fight, the Serbs? Obviously, he's a section 8 like Klinger,but I really don't think he deserves any lenient justice other than the swiftest kind.
