Loophole in the Smoking Ban in Nassau County

Im not sure excatly when it went inot effect but there was recently a ban on smoking in all Nassua county publics places including bars. Or So I thought. Last night I was at my local bar and everyone was smoking. Being freindly with the owner and bartender I asked them both isnt it illegal to be smoking in this bar? They then told me about this meeting they had with this lawer who is pretty much working for alot of the bars out there who pointed out this loophole within the Health department CLEARLY stating that you as the owner of this facility have the right to have smokers only if you post a copy of this law on the entrances of the establishment. Now I tried to look on the internet for this law but Im having a hard time to find it. Im going to go back to the bar and ask them for a copy and where they found a copy of this law and I will post a link in the near future, that way you can give it to your local bar
