No matter what I type... it wont top PhishHead, but;
When I was 26, I got the most severe case of Chicken Pox I've ever heard of. I had them all over the outside of my body, including the bottoms of my feet.
I also had them (in large numbers, mind you) in my asshole, on my vocal cords, on the inside of my lips (rubbing against my teeth) and inside my nasal cavity.
I can honestly tell you that I seriously contemplated killing myself. I was miserable.
I know it doesnt count as an injury... but it sure did SUCK DEEK.

Never went to the emergency in my live..
Less than 7 years ago I went out with a beautiful female that wore braces.
Anyway, one night we both decided to rent a hotel room and smoke some illegal shit.
Of cause we planned to fool around afterwards. Well, I decided to go down on her first since I'm a gentleman. Once complete it was her turn. She was doing great job until her braces, some how, cut my buddy in four different places at the same time. I fuckin' screamed like a bitch. Hey, it's fuckin' sensitive down there. After that night she never gave me oral. put a stop to that shit.

Motorcycle accident. Riding out of my house one morning, as I turned in the street while accelerating, the back tire hit some leaves, lost traction and spun around. My right leg flew out and hit a lowboy, giving me a 12 inch gash to the bone up my shin to my knee.
Somehow I stayed on the bike and knowing I was hurt badly, came up with a plan.
As I had no insurance or even a motorcycle operators license, some one other than me was gonna pay for it.
Looking down, the hole in my pants was only about an inch and a half long [the chunk of steel on the lowboy had penetrated and as it ripped into my leg, it had pulled my pants with it].
I figured I'd pull into the jobsite, go grab a circular saw, fire it up and hit the ground, grabbing my leg and that would be that.
Shock was setting in as I arrived at the job. I got off the bike and slumped against the building, pulled my pants leg up and revealed about 10 inches of shinbone.
As the guys were getting me ready for the trip to the hospital, I remembered the quarter pound of weed in my jacket and despite the cold, rassled it off and gave it to one of the guys, insisting he lock it in his car.
That night I went to a Bob Dylan concert.
None of the weed got sold, I smoked it in 2 weeks with friends that stopped by.

Put my left arm through my window during a car accident my junior year in college. lacerated every tendon controlling my fingers in my left hand, and tore the forearm muscle loose from the bone in addition to just about completely severing it. Ended up going through about 5 hours of reconstructive surgery, and about 3 months of rehab. Worst thing about it, I'm left handed. Didn't mind the writing part, I can make do with my right hand given enough time. But running a batch was a stone bitch.

broken collar bone was the most painful i have had thus far, but the worst is that my macular was bruise in my eye leaving me blind in my left eye, both were from a bad car accident, but never the less i still went to the Grand Canyon (and then Vegas) the very next day....but as far as injuries go i have been lucky not to break to much....although my normally daily life includes me wearing an ankle brace everyday and assorted other injury accouterments depending on how i hurt myself due to my clumsiness...todays top injury was a bungee chord pull extremely tight around a piece of wood, and i accidently let one end go and it came around hit me in the hand leaving my hand black and blue with a huge blood blister clot lookin thing....TYPICAL

you all just reminded me of the time my teeth went through my chin....a big door fell on my face....i had to get a bunch of stitches, but i wear expensive makeup now so u can hardly see the scar
When I was 9, I was playing baseball on the school grounds during recess. A kid was hitting and I was "on deck" and when he hit the ball he threw the bat. Needless to say that we are all taught to lay the bat down when we hit...and here is why: I got hit on the bone where your eyebrow is with the flying aluminum bat.
A quarter inch over on my left eye and I would have one eye today. A quarter inch over on my temple and I might have had a major head injury. I am a damned lucky son-of-a-bitch.
Needless to say, if you look really closely at my left eyebrow you can see a really good scar. But you do have to know its there to see it.

worst was probably a pretty badly mangled middle finger right hand. My friend and I were in his basement and Mom had a "fat burning" jiggler machine (where you put a strap around your lazy ass and expect the machine to exercise you hahah -I love the 70's) and we got on it and rocked it over - it landed on me. Stupid fat machine.
Jesus saved me. The doc's name was jesus.
I give the finger righty with aplomb.

but pasty white is apparently good for hiding scars. lucky boy!
my worst injury was definitely my knee. combine drunken college sliding down a flight of outside wooden fire escape stairs, and running up and down the sorority house stairs that night, and years of dancing on the injury without proper care.... lots of ligaments torn and finally removed/repaired when i could no longer dance on it. painful... but worth it, as i have danced/played sports on it OFTEN in the years since the surgery. But god if i didn't vomit from the pain in the beginning.... ouchies!!

i broke just about every finger when i was a kid doing stupid shit in school or in day camp. worst injury is my torn acl/ medial meniscus. i was an ass & decided to go skiing instead of snowboarding one day & about 10 minutes in my skis crossed & i tore my acl. it was only a partial tear so no one wants to repair it since my leg is strong. but my range of motion is a little different & of course there'e more laxity in my joint. thats what led me to tearing my medial meniscus while cleaning the top shelf in my office one day. i reached to the side & just felt something was wrong. the meniscus is the one that gives me the most pain. but the tear is soo soo tiny again, no one recommends surgery. just when i have pain i get to take 600mg of ibuprofen a few times a day until it goes away. i'm sure this is a great way to live. it only acts up when i have to lift heavy things or when i'm out in the cold for too many hours too many days in a row at work & it totally stiffens up.

Nothing too terrible, but some really painful ones. In Navy boot camp, I had a spiral fracture on one of my fibulas. If I sat out of physical training, my boot camp stay would have been extended by at least a week or two, so I bit the bullet. I had to do several 5 mile runs on the injured leg.
I fractured 3 ribs back in 1999. The worst part about that was that I got busted for DUI about a day or two later. While I was in the holding cell, I had the drunk hiccups all night. Every hiccup was like a knife to the chest. And sneezing? Fuggetta 'bout it.

Hell yeah. I freaked out because I thought I was going to die. Fortunately, my friend's father was a doctor (albeit dentist) so he helped calm me down and explain to me about tetanus shots and everything.
I took the nail right in the middle of the widest part of my foot... I did not like it at all and I still get phantom pains even 20 years later. I do not go anywhere barefoot and I always watch when I'm in a construction area.

When we were kids, my older brother stepped on a rusty nail at a construction site. It sounds like it was the same part of the foot as you. It went through his Chuck Taylors, and out the top of his foot. Seeing my big bro (six years older) scream like that terrified me.

I've taken a 10 inch nail through the foot when I fell a few feet off a latter when I used to work construction. I landed on my feet, unfortunatly my left foot landed on a piece of wood with the 10 incher sticking right out of it. The momentum of the fall put it right through my boot.
The worst one though has to be either breaking my nose when I tripped on my sock the was dangling off my foot and went face first into the corner of a coffee table when I was 6. The blood was pumping high velocity out of the bridge of my nose. I remember there was blood on the ceiling when we got back home.
OR, it was when I had my foot run over walking home after a Ron and fez Halloween party (remember those anyone?). Broke two toes and serious muscle damage. I couldn't walk on it or work for 2 months.

Torn ACL that when they went in for surgery the incision went from 4 to 8 inches because of a partially torn MCL, signs of arthritis that they cleaned, shaved some of my PCL off and was told i have a condition where the lining of my kneecap has folded on itself which causes my knee to pop often
Also a bad back was the worst, couldnt really walk, had to lay down on the floor at work. Found out it was a bulging disc pushing on the nerve causing my leg numbness.
After the MRI got told that in addition to the bulging disc i also have 3 other discs that are deteroriating. College football is a motherfucker on the body

One crazy night in my youth, the night started out with an icy bike wreck where I split my chin open sliding on my face into a curb on the way to the liquor store, then got back to my buddies house with the booze and got hit in the head with a flying coffee cup and split my eye open. that night ended with a crazed drunk jumping on my back and beating me over the head with a champange bottle. I got 40 staples and 13 stitches that night. I cut my hair really short last year and it looks like someone shaved their initials into the back of my skull. Needless to say, I steer clear of whisky drunk jackasses these days.

I was maybe 7 or 8 and I went over my friends house, but no one was home. I went into his yard and we used to climb the trees in his yard, and since I was there, I figured I would climb them. I was halfway up the tree and slipped on a branch and I fell, and hit my chin on a lower branch as I was falling and the force rammed my teeth through my lower lip and I fell flat on my back. It hurt so much that I jumped up screaming and took off heading home for help, and I ran right into my friends mother who was just getting home and she almost had a heart attack as this screaming bloody faced kid tore off out of her yard and down the block. My mom could not stop the bleeding and I had to get stitches inside my mouth at the hospital. I tasted blood for a looong time, and the stitches hurt like hell going in and coing out.

i broke just about every finger when i was a kid doing stupid shit in school or in day camp. worst injury is my torn acl/ medial meniscus. i was an ass & decided to go skiing instead of snowboarding one day & about 10 minutes in my skis crossed & i tore my acl. it was only a partial tear so no one wants to repair it since my leg is strong. but my range of motion is a little different & of course there'e more laxity in my joint. thats what led me to tearing my medial meniscus while cleaning the top shelf in my office one day. i reached to the side & just felt something was wrong. the meniscus is the one that gives me the most pain. but the tear is soo soo tiny again, no one recommends surgery. just when i have pain i get to take 600mg of ibuprofen a few times a day until it goes away. i'm sure this is a great way to live. it only acts up when i have to lift heavy things or when i'm out in the cold for too many hours too many days in a row at work & it totally stiffens up.
so if it werent for my horse
i wouldnt have spent that year in college

droppin down on a halfpipe wall, i was leaned back too far and fell onto my ass slightly angled to my right side.
Broke my tailbone, dislocated my right hip, rotated my pelvis 12 degrees and compressed the lower 5 or so discs in my back to the tune of going from 5'8 to 5'7

Broken:
All fingers
8 toes
nose (twice)
foot
wrist
clavicle
knee (yes top and bottom parts)
Surgery:
Right knee
Left shoulder
Concussions: 7-8ish
I've fucked myself up pretty well but the thing that probably sucked the most I dont recall. When I was a baby in the old walker things with the tray in front. I took one down a flight of stairs face planting on one of those old plastic bowls with the "sharp" ridges splitting my upper lip wide open. As I said I dont remember but I bet that sucked balls.
Edit: oh fuck I almost forgot when I was 12ish I was playing a pickup game and a bee flew into my mouth stinging me 3-5 times in the throat area. It hurt like fire but the worst part was the taste.

im only at 6 concussions, broke 4 fingers, dislocated 2 others
Broke my collar bone, dislocated my left shoulder goin on 50 times now. Have torn labrum and rotator cuff in my right shoulder.
none of that shit, somehow, was even close to the pain from the tailbone thing and the resulting compression. The problems it caused i couldnt even fully list, its so much

As anyone who has ever fell flat on their ass has to say, tailbone pain makes me think of a dentist's drill on your spine. That made me cringe just reading about it.

yea, imagine how bad that was. Now think of this. The broken tailbone was the BEST part. No fuckin joke. The hip and lower back, plus all the other hip and lower abdomen problems that came after were way worse

Because we have met and I hope we are buddies I have to go with the joke. So why is your uncle named "a halfpipe wall"?
