the greatest way to ensure peace for centuries to come is, for every country to be as strong as the other. let me break it down in terms of a lesser degree but they still xpress my point.

if every country had the same amount of weapons then everyone would b too scared to use them.

we just lived through this with the cold war, and that was only the uS and USSR. if everyone had wmd, eventually someones gonna push the button.

Some people, like I don't know terrorists for example don't care about not using weapons of mass destruction. They get to go in front of allah with 30 virgins when they die as long as they kill massive amounts of innocent people.

That is a retarded statement. Handing out weapons wouldn't level anything but it would create massive wars. If the US is serious about removing any unstable nations from WMD, they would include themselves in pacts which were useful and worked with the USSR as well as many others.
