Like Silera and Shelle Bink, I've been all three. I was
born blonde, and have been most of my life. I went
brunette once, didn't like it. I've gone dark red/auburn
three times now. And I have to say that's my fave
(especially the color I had until the recent, unfortunate
head-shaving incedent: a purplish auburn).
Have any of you other girls who have tried different
colors noticed any difference in the way people treat
you? I found that, mostly strangers, but sometimes
friends, too, treated me ever-so-slightly differently
based on what color my hair was. As a blonde I was
expected to be an airhead. As a red head I didn't get
that at all, and sometimes people tended to walk on
eggshells a bit, as if they ecpected me to be hot
tempered.
As a baldy, people just avoid me entirely. But it's
growing... thank Ghu.
