I dont know what happened, but i learned after 9/11, them saying on TV that the CIA and FBI have been weakened and lost all their "permission" to do those covert things. Hey, that's a great idea! We can have some sort of police agency set up to make sure everyone acts American enough. Hmm.. still, if people know there's a policeman right next to them, they might just be acting American when really they're going blow people up and stuff. Maybe they should be "secret" police.
