The first one that I remember that had swearing on it was Run DMC - Raising Hell but there was no warnings on it. I think there was one swear on it but not sure if that qualified a sticker or not.

The first one with the STICKER or typed on warning was: OVERKILL - Under The Influence. GREAT album and I still have it. Then came SLAYER - Reign In Blood. After that, I was corrupted forever.

I also remember listening to Metallica bootlegs in my basement at my Grandparents house while playing pool and there was ALL KINDS of swearing on those. We always had to shut off the tape when we heard someone coming down the steps.

"Ritual De Lo Habitual" by Jane's Addiction.........It's got a naked puppet showing bush on the cover, and they actually say "mother fuckin'" on one of the songs, so I just had to buy it !!!

When I first bought Guns n' Roses- Appetite for Destruction on tape, my father made me return it after he heard the cursing on "It's So Easy" and after he saw the iron Cross on the cover. I didn't know what the cross represented. Apparently it was a nazi cross. I wound up getting an unmarked copy of the tape from my friend. I couldn't live without that album.

The first time I bought and kept a tape with the black and white warning label was Warrant- Cherry Pie.

The first album I bought was 2 Live Crew "As Nasty As They Wanna Be" back in 1989 at the ripe old age of 14.

My favorite Explicit Lyrics album of all time is Frank Zappa "Jazz From Hell" - the only no lyrics album to receive a parental advisory sticker

I can't remember. Then again, I've been buying records and tapes since before there WERE "Parental Advisory" stickers.

I'm not sure abou the first one i bought, but i do remeber going to a friends house with my brother and listening to Heavy D Kriss Kross and Onyx. he was so proud that they had the black and white label on them. At the time i didn't know what they were (I was in Kindergarten i think). I thought the labe was the album name, and i couldnt figure out why Kriss Kross and Onyx would take the name of heavy d's album

Use Your Illusion I & II by GNR on CD... I led a very sheltered, overprotected life up to that point.

I remember my brother buying George Carlin's On the Road album in the mid 70's and that had a warning label on it for strong language.

I don't even look to see if an album has a sticker on them.

Thank you Ron and Fez for finally being live in DC again.
Ok let's get the boys back live in NY. Don't give up the fight.
