Mmmmmmmm. Citrus.

I just got done eating a BIG Ruby red Grapefriut and a couple of Florida oranges.

They smell great even as you dig intot he skin with your nails to rip it open. Careful not to get that weird little spray from the skin in your eye!

I like how the meat is broken up into those individual little juice packets even inside each segment!

So here's to YOU citrus Fruit! Yes, even the clementine which I have made up with.

are kiwi citrus fruit? because i always suspected that those were the kiwi birds with the head and legs chopped off. To this day I can't be convinced they're not wihtout seeing someone cut open a kiwi bird......

Now I can rest easy Moe that you and the clementine made up. I have been losing sleep.

My Grammy got this recipe for Cuban Rice Pudding today and made it for dinner. To my surprise, it had some freshly squozen lemons in it and even though there was only a little bit, you would be amazed at the flavor. Really good stuff.

I put red grapefruit in a bowl, cut in half, cut in segments, smothered in sugar and eat with a spoon. Then I drink the leftover juice by tilting the bowl into my mouth. I'm always careful not to swallow seed...
