Help setup an ftp

Okay, here's the deal. I have more RnF shows than you and now I would like to share....some of them. I can also get anything you want. I had an ftp years ago but I forgot how. I need to know what I need and how to set it up. I'm on dsl so my upload speed isn't that great. Many of you don't know how to get free stuff from the net so I will help. Just get me setup...:) I might not be home for a few hours so if that's the case, e-mail me.
