Vince Russo was a major part of the WWE being dominant in the mid to late 90's. Ratings were high, house shows always sold out and there were some great story lines.

Last year the WWE hired Russo back, but only as a consultant. I think he left after only about 2 weeks. McMahon should put hi pride aside for once and get back Russo as head of the Creative team again. Stephanie McMahon and Brian Gerwitz have cost that company millions and they lost about 50% of their viewers. I know Russo is with TNA now but most if not all people involved with TNA are assigned to short term contracts. The WWE needs to do something quick, or it could lead to their total demise

But what you don't understand is is that professional wrestling fans are over the whole "Attitude" faze. The don't want Tits and Ass on their tv. They just want pure wrestling. I think alot of people want to go back to the pre-Attitude days where you could turn on Raw or Nitro and see 5 really good matches. Now we are lucky if we see 5 matches on a whole show. let alone good ones.

I like Russo, he made the WWE big, now he's tryin do to the same with NWA. Good for him, i hope he gets that TV deal so the WWE will finally have some real competition
