I'm looking for fellow BoSox fans on the board to commiserate with. You know, people I can say "This is the year!" with and such. People that like Trot Nixon are my kind of people. Yankees suck! (really, you take away their 30 or so championships and what do you have? a big pile of nothing)

Not a big fan of Trot, hopefully he breaks out this season. I think they have a great shot at winning the AL East and I think they are a much better team than the Yankees.

Can't you really say that about any team? Take away all their championships and the Bulls are nothing?

Aren't championships what make a team great?

The other question is why were Boston fans saying Yankees suck when the Patriots won? Wrong sport?

The Red Sox are who i'm rooting for until we get a team in DC, which i hope will be soon, but i won't believe MLB will pull its collective head out of its collective ass until im sitting in RFK watching Vladdy chasing down fly balls and throwing out runners at the plate from the warning track..

I seriously hope that happens, but I'm sure that the Orioles will do everything possible to prevent that from ever happening.
