Worst road in NY metro area

I'm not talking traffic, im talking about the road surface. What's the worst one in your mind? For me it's the Cross Island Expressway. It's bumpy, and yet just enough potholes to make you yearn for the bumps.

From personal experience: that stretch of I-95 when you go over the GWB to the Hutchison.
