It is only appropriate to begin with....

Alex: There was me, that is Alex, and my three droogs, that is Pete, Georgie and Dim. And we sat in the Korova Milkbar, trying to make up our razudoks what to do with the evening. The Korova Milkbar sold milk-plus; milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and get you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence.

"It's funny how the colors of the real world only seem really real when you viddy them on the screen."

I first read the {b]book[/b] when I was in my freshman year of college. It was helpful being a Soviet Studies major (yes, I am almost as old as Heckler) came in handy! I didn't need to check the glossary very much!

Brilliant novel! Even MORE brilliant film!

Two of my most favorite movies ("A Clockwork Orange" and "The Shining") were both directed by Stanley Kubrick. In both instances, the authors (Burgess and King, respectively) disliked the screen adaptations.
