Imiquimod, an immune response cream which you can apply to the affected area

A 20 percent podophyllin anti-mitotic solution, which you can apply to the affected area and later wash off

A 0.5 percent podofilox solution, applied to the affected area but shouldn't be washed off

A 5 percent 5-fluorouracil cream
Trichloroacetic acid (TCA)
Now if you know the answer to this you can give any clue you want to about your disease. I gave the treatments...you can give the symptoms if you want, or maybe a picture. Enjoy!

Symptoms

Causes
The disease is caused by a protozoan parasite, Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, and is very contagious. The parasites spend a portion of their life cycle embedded beneath the skin of the fish, where they feed from the body tissue. The white cyst in which they are enclosed gives the characteristic white spots. Adults emerge from these cysts and fall to the floor of the aquarium, where they multiply inside a protective capsule. Some time later, the capsule bursts, releasing hundreds of free-swimming infectious parasites which attach themselves to new hosts. Whitespot is often introduced with new fish which have not been quarantined. Outbreaks of whitespot often occur after fish have been exposed to cooler than normal temperatures. Clown loaches are particularly prone to whitespot.

change the water, but not all of it. if it's a 10 gallon tank, leave a quarter of that water in the tank. throw in the medicine that the person in the pet shop gave you and follow instructions. then put in the new water, but make sure the new water's temperature matches or comes close to, the water temperature of the water already in the tank.
