Those pictures are the Armada Unicron, slated to come out this summer. There have previously been two other Unicron prototypes. The one built around the time of the movie was to scale with the toys at the time and a couple feet tall, and is on display in the offices of Takara (the japanese toy manufacturer of Transformers)

And Soundwave was the Decepticon tape player, Blaster was the Autobot one.

I haven't seen Unicron in that atrocity... I've tried watching it and I can't stand those frickin' kids. (Why are <I>they</I> the focus of the show, and not the transformers?) I was aware of him being somehow resurected for the series, but I don't think there's a lick of continuity between any of the different transformers cartoon series...
