For crying out loud just build a new god damn stadium! They already added more seats last season making the foul territory even smaller.

Fenway is a great place to watch a baseball game don't get me wrong, but the seats are wood and too small, the concessions are small and crowded and the bathrooms suck.

I went to a game in Fenway last season..made a trip just for that..it was a blast...but that park is like a pro team playing in a minor league park.

The history and such is great...and before i went, i wouldn't have agreed with building a new stadium...but after going there...I completely understand if they do.

I've been to the park and in person its awesome, but you also begin to realize how it has to be changed. It just doesn't fit in anymore, but still a great stadium.

They also said that about the Mets as well, that talk died down as expected. But on topic, I believe a new stadium should be built for the Sox. I've heard stories about how uncomfortable it is to watch a game...not the Shea is any different though. =)

See you go there once a year. Try going to multiple games a season and tell me the ass pain from the seats is worth it!

Don't you think that seats above the Green Monster will ruin its' whole look? I understand trying to squeeze every ounce of revenue out of the place (I don't like it, but it's unavoidable these days), but why would you mess with its' most identifiable attribute? That's like the Yankees removing the facade of the upper deck to add a few extra rows...just silly.

I always was puzzled by my being bothered by adding lights to Wrigley Field(I was only there once),while the remodeling of Yankee Stadium seemed fine to me. Seems like when they got rid of "death valley" we got monument park and the new facade pays homage to the tradition. Of course, I never saw the "old stadium" in person.
I can't tell from the model what the "overall look"of Fenway will be.
When Yankee Stadium gets torn down it's time to go to "assisted living" and join
the gang still crying about the Dodgers and Giants leaving town.

The stadium is Yankee Stadium. Shea Stadium is a garbage dump. Fenway is ok, it's just the assholes in it that make it suck.
