Well I recaped the interview for a few websites & my Yahoo! Club, so I figured I'd post it here too.
They play his old Nirvana "Smells like Teen Spirit" theme music & introduce him. He says loves living in Atlanta because it's easier to travel and would never live on the coast while he's a wrestler. They ask if he's been a WWF fan, he says he's been watching the WWF since it was the WWWF! He talks about meeting Vince McMahon for the first time at Titan Towers, Vince goes to shake Page's hand and Page says he's been waiting his whole life to meet him & gave him a hug.
They start talking about the InVasion, Page loves that ECW is being involved. He mentions the XFL and how Vince was trying to get people who wanted to play the game & not big contracts, kinda like how ECW was. Page is really excited and talking more than Ron and Fez and even starting his own topics. He said it was huge for him to be the first wCw wrestler to step foot in Madison Square Garden. To a lot of WWF fans he's a new face to them.
He talks about the wCw/WWF ratings war & how Nitro and RAW being so tight made the WWF get better and thus lead to record ratings. They ask if wCw is getting it's own show, Page doesn't know and says theirs no set plan to a lot of things and fans dictate some of the angle twists. Page loved the ECW swerves and the Shane/Page swerve on The Undertaker. Ron says Page is always taking peoples wives, Page says Debra is ok and out of the trunk. The hosts thank him and call him a survivor. Page said when he learned of the WWF buying wCw he knew he had to be part of it.
Page brings up the Bra and Panties Match, Kimberly will not be involved and is enjoying her new horse Page bought her as a Christmas present. Ron and Fez promote InVasion and DDP leaves the show.
