it is a tad late. but you should call by this week at the latest. apologize that with "make something up" happening and all that you were unfortunatly distracted. you were wondering if she'd like to get together for a drink or whatever. give it a shot.

i'd still call. it is a little late, but i'd still give it a shot. i mean, she liked you enough to bother giving you her number, right? if she does agree to go out with you, though, make sure you dont do it again any time soon.. she'll likely have her guard up for that sort of thing
