Hooray for Holier Than Thou moralists! And, hey kids! don't forget the Major used to be a self-confessed avid smoker!!! Its ok for him to smoke as long as he wants but when he decides to quit we all have to quit. Yeap, that sounds fair and reasonable...

P.S.
I've also read that he wants cops to not smoke while on duty, inside or outside of the squat cars... And if a cop smokes who is going to issue the summons to that cop? another cop? Thats gonna be a great moral booster, to go along with the all pay-raises that they've gotten and the fantastic benefit plans and everything else...

Federal buildings are one thing, and a VERY different thing is a BAR a Restaurant or a Concert Venue.

They won't let you drink booth at a federal building either, but they will let you do that at a BAR.
