Country Music Clubs

Where in NY can a person find good country music? I'm not talking about Shania Twain or the Dixie Chicks. There must a bar where the music of Gram Parsons and Johnny Cash can be found. Nothing is better than drinking a beer and smoking a cigarete while a pedal steel guitar twangs in the background.
