This guy really is walking the razors edge between Funny and total Tom Green tooldom.

I liked certian parts of his Comedy Central show that was on for like a month. But now and then he'd get right under my skin and I'd have to switch.

Now he's hosting the new TNN gameshow Taboo. I'm not too sure about this. I'm not even sure if it's been on yet, but I have reservations.

Just wondering everyone else's opinion on this guy.

I think the only razor's edge Chris Wylde is walking on is the one that was pressed against my wrist after watching his show. I remember watching the first episode and being left searching for an answer. I'm so glad it didn't even last 4 weeks. He just jumps around like he has ADHD, contorts his face, and makes dick 'n fart jokes. I think that makes it pretty clear where Chris Wylde stands in my eyes.

The show had its moments; like when he came out each show and dry-humped someone regardless of gender, or there was the show where he pretended it was Thanksgiving.

I saw the commercials for that new game show he's hosting, and he's just as annoying as he was on that Comedy Central show that lasted two weeks. Making goofy faces and hopping around is not witty comedy.

The only funny moment of his goddamn Comedy Central show that I remember is the one where he & his loser friend went to an XPW show, and New Jack made some remark about wanting to kill them. Technically, I guess I have to attribute that funny moment to New Jack....

The only remotely good thing that you can associate him was that his show was supposed to be the centerpiece for Comedy Central's ill-fated "late night" block...he failed, but the OTHER show in the block, Dave Attell's "Insomniac" went on to rule mightily.

The only show I ever saw Chris Wylde on that didn't make me want to wring his neck was Trading Spaces.

Oh, and the commercials for Taboo suck, too. I mean, as if Wylde weren't annoying enough, they have to keep throwing in a different camera angle of his face for every syllable he speaks!
