first the dismal performance of heathen chemistry, and now this... liam gets his front teeth knocked out.

poor thing... i know he's supposed to be an asshole, and that no one really could care any less about oasis anymore, but that's gotta suck hardcore. plus, i still kind of like them, and i've always had a bit of a crush on liam...

Liam and Noel haven't even speaking now for at least six months...and they've been on tour for most of that time. Now THAT'S some un-brotherly love...

I think his first night back he he dedicated "Live Forever" to his old teeth...

Reminds me of the rift between John and Tom Fogarty of CCR...without the brawling of course.

Who worked this angle first?
The Everly Brothers?
The Roche Sisters?
The Mamas and the Papas?

Oh, the brawling's there...when Oasis mania was unstoppable in the mid-90's, a recording of Liam and Noel cussing each other out and them coming to blows actually made it onto the British charts...

No, I meant a lack of brawling between the brothers Fogarty.

I've heard about the Gallagher brothers beating the hell out of each other when drunk.

Wasn't there a concert on MTV when Noel sat out the show to drink beers in the balcony while Liam had to handle the vocals?

Actually, Liam is the singer, while Noel handles backup vocals, lead guitar, and writes all the songs.

It was for "Unplugged", and Liam pulled out minutes before it taped, saying he had a "sore throat". Noel gamely stepped up to sing (I actually prefer his voice...like a British Evan Dando), but spotted Liam in the control booth, smoking and drinking away even though he was "sick". The two began mocking each other for the rest of the show...

actually, i've been in well over 100 bar brawls and my teeth are still here. the other guys may have not. the worse thing i've got from barbrawl was a broken nose, black eyes, and maybe hit with a bottle(not as bad as they say) and what not.

Noel gamely stepped up to sing (I actually prefer his voice...like a British Evan Dando)noel does have a good voice, and i like the evan dando comparison. but i prefer liam's voice because it's a little more unique. noel does sing a bunch of oasis' songs (what's the story morning glory, don't look back in anger, magic pie, etc.). however, as mojo pointed out, liam does the majority of the vocals.. and he plays a mean tambourine.
Dammit, I always get the two mixed up.
liam's the cute one...

Actually, Liam had the honors on "Morning Glory" (What a brilliant ass-kick of a song), unless they've switched it up live these days, which wouldn't suprise me, since Noel always does the previously Liam-sung "Wonderwall" now...

And you're right in that Liam definitely has the "rock god" voice down pat, and it's a good thing...but I wish Noel would toss out a solo album every once in a while...plus, the vocals he's laid down for The Chemical Brothers are pretty fantastic...and speaking of "techno" colaborations, Liam worked with Death In Vegas on their latest, and totally ripped things up on the song "Scorpio Rising". Sounds like everything "Heathen Chemistry" should have been...

Band Brothers Fight Club? You have to include:
1. Chris & Rich Robinson of the Black Crowes
2. Ray & Dave Davies of the Kinks
