There are many. The Chick's contract is up soon, and they are rumored to be gone. Don and Mike are probably going to be put on live somewhere instead of tape. RF may go to an evening shift. One big bombshell rumor: Stern is headed to WNEW and K-Rock will be ALL music. I guess we just have to wait it out, and hope the best for RF.

okeys. this is all speculation and rumors, but over at the New York Radio Message Board (pretty reliable) this was posted:
WNEW watchers behold... The end is near for Leslie Gold.

Don and Mike fans unite... They'll be live but not at night.

Ron and Fez in New York they stay... by moon rather than by day.

The Sports Guys stay thanks to Howard... the "King" really is a radio coward.

O&A are locked in place... winners in the ratings race.

Is this rhyme rumor or real? Give it two weeks and you'll know the deal.
This guy correctly predicted a lot of stuff w/ WNEW. I hope Ron and Fez are back nights. I liked the show better at night :)

I think RF are better at nights too, I heard alot of there older stuff, it's hysterical, but if it wasn't for them moving to middays I would have never got hooked on them, all the best guys...

I too think Ron and Fez were better at nights because they really were more of a "night' show. The humor, the mannerisms, and it's the type of show you enjoy more when you have nothing on your mind. I loved staying with them Election Night till 3 but 7-11 are good nonetheless. I don't see how D&M could really be live in NY since they ARE number 1 in other markets (which is why O&A won't be live in those markets) during afternoon drive and won't do two shows a day but Chick is probably gone and why would the fire the Sports Guys with 1 Million Listeners (hah hah hah hah hah). Still I love the 2-5 am Ron and Fez replays.

I plan to be more regular at RF.net

This will sound very selfish, but what's new:
I hope Ron and Fez stay on during the day, because I have a very short attention span, and I can only work with the radio on, Ron and Fez really make my workday go by a lot faster. Write to Ken Stevens and support the show!!
