I stopped in a Texas Weiner stand last week and one of the side dishes was listed as "potato rounds." I figured I'd give them a shot to take a break from the usual french fries. Turns out "potato rounds" are just a fance name for tater tots!

It was the first time I'd had them in years, and they're still delicious.
