why make a thread about topics you want to discuss. if somebody wanted to discuss something, wouldnt they just post it?

Becouse smarty pants there are alot or readers that dont post so maybe they have a sugestion and perhaps it's an invite to activate people that do not post

My thoughts exactly. Then again I believe what Brian is trying to do is create a forum of posting that attracts less attention to the poster.

maybe there's a reason some members haven't post in 15 months, and this thread isn't going to bring them out of their shell.

And truth be told, i don't want them out. how interesting can someone who reads a board for that long and contributed nothing be?
