You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

The Big 10 wants a 6 game suspension for Indiana coach Mike Davis for violating rules governing sportsmanship for his outbursts in a loss against Kentucky. That kinda suspension is just crazy. When Bob Knight threw a chair he was only suspended 1 game! Out for 6 games is almost 20% of the season! The Big 10 is way out of line. Comments?
