Forgive me if this has been done before, but I think we need to have an area where we can post weird dreams and perhaps people can add insights or say they had similar dreams.

I rarely remember my dreams, but when I do 99% of the time they involve the same two dreams:

1) I'm in a room taking a final exam. The teacher/professor hands out the exam and all of a sudden I realize that I never went to class, studied, opened the book, did any work and I'm going to fail the exam. I freak, although in real life this never happened to me.

2) I levitate to get from one point to another. Not fly as in flapping wings fly, just like I have to go down the street so I just start like walking and I start rising and then I'm just flying from point A to point B.

Now I took courses in grad school on dream interpretation and I know what both these dreams mean. They are common dream themes. But perhaps we can share other dreams.

If people are interested, people who know this stuff can post quick analyses of what the dreams probably mean.

Now here's a weird dream I had the other day.

I'm in first grade and the teacher hands back assignments, you know the basic kind of work like you draw a picture and write a few words. And the teacher hands back the assignments and all my classmates have gold stars and stickers on them and a comment that says "nice job" or "pretty picture", etc.

But my assignment, instead of a gold star, I get a sticker which is the sticker that comes with heartworm medication, that you put on a calendar to remind you when your pet needs his/her monthly pill.

This one is not in the textbooks.

That is, there are no "universal" dream symbols that apply in every case. If you simply quietly reflect on the dream, and the different elements of the dream, its meaning will come to you.

In your case, however, I can safely make an exception. The meaning of each of the three dreams you've posted is astonishingly clear: you're gay.

I keep dreaming about moving back to the apartment I grew up in.

I don't know why though, where I live now is great.

Probably has to do something with my parents breaking up, then moving out.

I have a persistent dream where I'm a small child walking in a field picking pumpkins with my family. Just as I get to the middle of the field a vice reaches up and grabs me, when I look down, it's a cabbage patch kid. Fucked up huh?
