me and my sister's usually just get each other something small, like a cd. but to keep the element of surprise we'd always wrap them in like, a big box and put other stuff in with it for weight. one year i knew that my sister was getting me a poster, especially since the present was wrapped in a tube, but for some reason it was really heavy, so i thought she got me something else as well. turns out she just put marbles in the box

Last night we had a Chinese Auction at my boyfriend's parent's home. They would package up the silliest gifts in outrageous wrapping paper... It was so much fun, and I am so in love. OK that has nothing to do with presents, wrapping paper, or Christmas, but I thought I would slip it in. This was the best Christmas present of all. While I was puking my guts up in his apartment two nights ago (I get sick from my "."), he said, "Kristi, I love you so much, baby, and I don't know what to do for you." He carried me in his arms into his bedroom and held my hair while I was sick. Devin wrapped me in all of the blankets in his house because I had a fever but was freezing. He took care of me all night long even though he was supposed to go Christmas shopping, and I was supposed to be taking the train back. This has got to be my best Christmas ever because I think I'm really in love for the first time. He also got me "Freddy Got Fingered" and "Death to Smoochy." What more can a gal ask for?
