But then the frenzy over their "tragic" deaths on the radio and on MTV would be so monstrous, I'd wish I was dead as well. Give me TWO rocks, dammit. Make sure my head is paste.

I liked Linkin Park's album, and even liked the remix album.

So I'll check it out. But I also have some reservations. I heard it took the like 4 years to make thier 1st album, and now in like 1 1/2 to 2 years later they have another CD ready to go? It sounds to ME like they sped up the creative process to get another CD to sell out in Coconust and FYE.

True, but anytime I see a chick with dyed red hair, pants so big that she could smuggle mexicans in them, and T shirt with a brilliant slogan like "You laugh cause I'm different, I laugh cause your all the same." on TV crying, it gives me wood.

i don't know about speeding up anything. no one in history has EVER milked an album longer than this band, and then they put out a remix album?

these guys blow ass, and there is a reason they milked that bullshit album, cause it's the best they can do.

I admit it, I too bought this album because the singles were a bit catchy and it wasn't a bad record. But yes it did get milked for a long time and did get very VERY tired. With a new record coming out it will most definitely fail and soon Linkin Park along with all of the others will be off the musical map. More and more today bands are being discovered and/or put together and being whored out until they are filthy rich and don't really need to care about the quality of music they put out anymore. Sad but true, it happens.

well for all intents and purposes i really like linkin park. their first album was great, and the remix album was the best thing i heard all year. i cant wait to pick up the new album in march.

Make that 3 Contra.

I like them. And I think I like them a lot more becaue I don't turn on my radio unless I'm litening to Ron and Fez, Limbaugh or Hannity.

Linkin Park got overplayed like NO ONE ELSE. So people got so sick of them. But I just ut in their CD's when I wanted to hear them, and I still love the albums.
