Thanks to advice from Jon yesterday, I finally went to the doctor after fighting a cold for over a week.

I have bronchitis, a sinus infection, a 102 fever, and have been throwing up for 12 hrs.

I am on antibiotics, and I had to call my mommy.

I don't like this not one bit.

Get a good size bowl, like a big salad or pasta bowl. Fill it with boiling hot water, dissolve about a teaspoon or so of Vicks Vaporub in it. Put your face over it, and put a mopine (sp) over your head trapping the vapors in. Breathe normally, not too deep or you'll burn your eyes, not dangerously but it will be a bit uncomfortable. Do it for a few minutes at a time until the water is no longer steaming. that should clean out the ducts pretty good, it always works for me.
