I knew a girl who had an odd, rather than funny name.
Her name was Petronella Bluett.
Next time I saw her she was a doctor working with my brother at St Thomas's Hospital, London.

Geez...
As I'm reading this thread I am thinking to myself...
Can people just stop naming their kids, Richard?
It is a great name...and I am proud to have it...But for a child, it can be bad...
I plan on starting a "Stop Naming Your Child Richard" campaign.
