Can someone tell me how to clear up cache

in computers... never did it before but i wanna try to get the house computer running a little.... thanks in advance for any help.....

Goto Start>>>Programs>>> Accessories>>>System Tools>>>>Disk Cleanup. When thats all done u can also defrag ur drive. You'll see that in system tools also.
If you have a big harddrive, I suggest letting the defrag run overnight. I have 4 different operating systems on this computer so if you need help with sumthin or you need a program...just IM me.

irish what is your operating system? I have XP...I go my computer and right click the the "C" drive. Click on properties , then hit the disk cleanup. Also go to tools, internet options and you can clear your history and temp internet files. Last but not least defragmitize your computer. Any more help...email me..Good luck

absolutley and if that doesn't work, try some cacheicil or a little physohex, that will clear it right up.
