Are you referring to the Chatroom?

If so you have only installed a component required to access the "rooms".

If you scroll to the bottom of the window you will see a button "Jump to Chat room" or use the link with the same name towards the top of the page.

This should then open a smaller window with a button that says connect to click.

If you are not getting that then you may have a browser or another program which prevents "Pop Up ads" which will also block these windows opening.

But like the other posters say it is not often used!
