Don't forget about Weeb Ewbank. Won a title in the AFL and led the Jets their only championship.
Don't be fooled by the Rocks that I got, I'm still Jimmy from the block.
There was a gentleman by the name of Chuck Noll who led the Pittsburgh Steelers to 4 Super Bowl titles in the '70's.
I can't believe he wasn't included in your list.

Chuck Noll...
Bud Grant...(Hey, he got there 4 times :) )
Question? In Don Shula and Chuck Noll's case, they went on to coach approx another 15 years of football and never won another Super Bowl.(I'd say that's a long time) So was it the Coach, or the Team he had, that was most responsible for the Super Bowl wins. Or is it even 50/50?

At the risk of being redundant:
Bill Parcells, Don Shula, Vince Lombardi, Tom Landry, Marty Schottenheimer(minus the playoff record), Marv Levy, Papa Bear Halas, Bum Philips, Jimmy Johnson the list could go on.
Coaches of future greatness:
John Gruden, Tony Dungy, the dickhead in Baltimore, Bill Bellicheck, Bill Cower.

Tom Landry (who started out as defensive co-ordinator for the Jints and began a legacy of Giant defensive play.) If only for getting rid of Tony Dorsett after Dorsett pointed to a Towel over his crotch that said #1. Bill Parcells for picking Lawrence Taylor. Belichik(nuff said). Chuck Noll. and last but far from least the psycho thats coaching the Bucs into the superbowl so krazy Warren Sapp is almost behaving himself. <P>

Most of the lists already are agreeable with the exception of Mike Shanahan who shouldn't be on the list. But where is Ditka
