Hell yeah! I've been doing it for just over a year. It has helped me de-stress and even toned up this old body a bit. My staff at work has even offered to continue paying for my class, since it keeps me from ripping heads off.

Class once a week. Usually try to do two or three sessions on my own. I just got a DVD set to replace some VHS tapes I only used once. Wanna buy them cheap?

I use to take a Yoga class at Bally's Total Fitness. But now I practice yoga from watching Denise Austin and sometime I run the occasional batch.

i took a couple of classes when i was in college. one of them was complete bullshit, and i would just fall asleep during it. it was a nice, peaceful sleep, though. then, when i actually was in a real yoga class, i was amazed by how difficult it was. i am pretty bendy, but it was surprisingly hard. now i do nothing
