I dig that animated gif sign pics everyone has but me.

How do I make one? What program do I need? Or are there resources available on the internet?

All depending on what kind of effects I plan on using, I use either (Macromedia) Flash 5 or (Adobe) After Effets 5. The real bitch of it is trying to keep the final sig size down under 40kb. Oh well, so I have to cram.I am sure if you scan Kazaa or ask someone who is really nice you could score a copy of the program.

It's a 30-day trial. But when that runs out you just set your PC clock back a few weeks, open the program and the program will think your still in your free trial.

Same here, a little elf was nice enough to hook me up with the aforementioned programs. Use few colors and such and it's not so bad trying to keep it under 40k. Just don't use a lot of extraneous GIF's and such.

ppl help me out. I'm self
taught with it and therefore
dont know much. Whenever
I go to save my file as a gif,
it automatically optimizes
and loses all of its color.
What can I do to stop this
and get my gifs to play in

Actually, if you plan to BUY a program, Jasc sells Paint Shop Pro 7 and it comes with an animation program I haven't figured out yet.

It's only like $100 bucks, but the difference between it and Photoshop ARE NIGHT AND DAY.

But hey, just get do a google search for KAAZA Lite, download it, and start searching for Jasc or Photoshop if you want.

Then, learn to do it yourself so you don't have to depend on anyone.

on kazza the only animation shop available is the trial version but there are places to get a hack code to break the trial version (i dont buy programs i dl the trials and hack em)
