I should go there just to congratulate them.

I mean, think about it guys! The best thing I saw on this subject was when I was watching an episode of Law and Order and a voyeur was being tried before a smart woman judge in Court. The judge asked the guy to completely strip down to nothing in front of the whole court room to make him understand what this girl had gone through with him. The guy was absolutely humiliated.

I love that idea!

Unfortunately, it wouldn't work in real life. All the civil liberty nuts would come out and protest the violation of this criminal's rights.
