I only had it once (at the Rattlesnake Ranch in Parsippany, NJ), but I'm partial to Black Bear. They made it with mushroom & cream stuffed ravioli, it was great.

better yet, we can sell smoked turkey mixed with tiger fish to eurotrash and just tell them it's a Kimono dragon. that way we can keep costs down.

BACON!!!!!!!!!!!!
So my vote if for our good buddy the Pig.
Actually not that good a buddy. If we get too close we may not want to chop off all the limbs, clean it out, and cut it for sale in stores across the country.

My favorite animals are the Camel, the Cheetah and the Killer Whale. All of these animals regularly appear in my dreams. In the Native American tradition that would make them my medecine animals.

Arby's uses only the best horse meat.
Shut up brain or I'll stab you with a Q-Tip.
When I was in Sweden I had the pleasure of eating reindeer, and it was the tastiest thing ever. I didn't think anything could touch Filet Mignon, but it was better.
I wish I could find reindeer meat here in the States.

There's a nice little German restaurant by my house that makes an excellent reindeer dish.

Unfortunately, it's probably about a thousand miles away from where you are right now... :(

I had great reindeer at Fore Street in Portland, ME. Wash down with Black Fly Stout from Gritty McDuff's.
