Spanish Tv Shows

Before I got cable, sometimes I watched Spanish tv shows because tey were racier than the homogenized network fare. I loved Chespirito, El Show de Iris Chacon, Sabado Gigante and Walter Mercado's segments. Mind you, I do not speak a word of spanish. What do you guys think of Spanish tv?

Easily the hottest women on the tube are on Spanish TV. Not to mention the craziest game shows ever! I remember one called something like el Grande Juga de la playa. Havent seen it in a while, anyone seen this recently.

Those are not Spanish stations, those are Mexican stations.

I am from Spain and feel insulted when people don't make the distinction...

Not because the shows are razy, but because they are just plain horrible (and thas an understatement). If you could understand spanish I bet you could not stand watching the shows.

I only tune in every 4 years for the World Cup. And yes, I am aware that football is shown every weekend but it's just not the same unless it's the English Premier League.

I think you're being a little over-sensitive here. We call them Spanish stations because they're speaking Spanish, not because we think they come from Spain!

I agree. The two spanish shows I watch is Caliente because it's like a Latin version of the MTV's The Grind.
And Lente Loco the Latin version of Candid Camera because of the very sexy Odalys Garc¡a.
