I do, it's the bar of a small Italian restuarant in my town. It's nice, I walk in and get a big hello and a jack and coke. It's nice to have a place when everybody knows your name, and their always glad you came.

when i used to drink it was the "Orange Lantern" a small bar in paramus that was the last one opened in the area!!

Especially one where, if the cops find you with your pants around your ankles, they can only smack you on the wrist for public ludeness, instead of booking you for soliciting a prostitute.

Yeah...had a few. When I was like 16 it was this bar in Sunnyside, queens called Sally O'Brians. These days its Red Rock thats been supporting my alcoholic self.I know its one of the last bars I can go to anynight of the week and know the bartender, get hooked up, and go there bymyself and have a friend there.

Sneaky Pete's about 1 quarter mile from me here in Oak Ridge, NJ. Pete used to also own a go-go joint the next town over, hence the name. He's always there to greet me by name. Plus they have Murphy's stout on tap. Yum.

everybar in my town is like cheers. we all live in this little bubble called Floral Park NY. You start at Kerrigans when you are 16 and end up at Arps (or "bar" as the sign says) when you hit 50. But as for now its macarthys or Fallons. Very Irish, very drunk. If you want to raise your kids to be townies drunks you are welcome. shar e a beer with a cop, a preiest and a garbage man you'll have plenty to talk about figuring you all have graduated from the smae schools and married basically the same girl

In recent years it's changed from the local tavern where I spent most of my youth to the restaurant I dine at frequently.

I know the entire staff on a first name basis at this point, from the owner to the chef to the waitresses to the busboys. And of course all the other regulars.

I go to this one place only during football season. it is my cheers. it is called Butch Kowls in Rahway, NJ... i go there for free peanuts, i get to bring in a mug that i bought there it fits almost 2 beers and i pay $1.50.. plus the bartenders buy you back beers.... great place on sundays...
