Gods of Death Metal SUFFOCATION to tour again!!!

YES!!! As soon as I heard this, I KNEW you'd all want to know!

Now I know that like me, the rest of you have been in mourning at the passing of Suffocation a few years back.

But fret no more! Word is that they're BACK, and writing new material!

And what's better, the original drummer Mike Smith from "Effigy of the Forgotten" is back with them! He is one HARD HITTING BROTHER!

Now there are no current plans to record, just to tour and play the new material on this tour. But let's all keep our colective fingers crossed that they get back in the studio!

Now, pass the word!

Thats really cool. Unfortunatly I have never seen them live and I would like to check it out. My fondest death metal experience had to be Obituary at Studio 1 on The End Complete tour and Cannibal Corpse on their Butchered at Birth tour. Not to mention Napalm Death and Carcass at the Trocadero in Philly in 91. That was insane!

All I know about for sure is that Mike Smith the original drummer and Guy Marche(spelling is horrific) formerly of Pyrexia and more recently Internal Bleeding is going to fill in on one guitar.

Also, dates are not out yet as far as I know.

I saw their LAST show, or so they said at the time, at a Milwaukee Metalfest a couple years back. Amazing! dave Colross is an amazinf session drummer.
