First Otto and George, now Lewis, who is next? Norton? Brian Regan? He was great on the show and killed during the news. I think he will be at Caroline's this weekend.

Brian Regan has been on that show before.
Plus you cant blame a guy trying to sell tickets man.
That show is nationwide if you have the oppertunaty...TAKE IT!
I hear Lewis did well anyway, so good for him.

He is a performer and needs to generate interests for his shows.. you can't blame him for going on other radio shows... or any of boys who go on other shows...

It's not like comics aren't allowed to appear on more than one radio show.

I think it was great. I am a Stern fan, but he probably would never of had Lewis on if he didn't kill on O&A first. That was the point I was trying to make.

I really dont have a problem with it. I mean, the guy has got to promote and sell tickets. Stern is a great place to do that cuz I would assume most of the listeners like comedy and having a good time. Lewis cant sit on his ass and hide in his house until O&A return.
It's just promotional stuff, he's not "jumping ships" or anything.

I used to downright hate Stern, but now that I drive more in the morning and Ferral is off the air, I might listen to a few minutes of Stern. I remember O&A saying that they have no problem with their favorite comics going on other shows, but they don't like when they had trouble getting guys like Johnny Brennan on because they are buddies with Stern.

Not only alive, but the show has been very funny the last couple of months. My only loyalty is to comedy, and I follow it now on only 2 places on te dial.

just because someone sounds like a buddy to someone while in studio, it doesnt mean that they are tied to them - the're out there to sell themselves. I've heard Lewis Black and Breuer on k104.7 (poughkeepsie) and also on the radio chick (q104).

I'm a big fan of Lewis Black no matter who's show he promotes himself on. He and the other comics still have to make a living.
