I have this song in my head. I have no clue who sings it, all I know is that the video was on Beavis and Butthead and there were a few black guys in there, someone who looks like Frank Zappa was in there as well as former President Ronald Reagan. I think the chorus was "Do you know who you are...Do you know who you is"

Any help will be appreciated. Any flaming or isults will be ignored and unaddressed.
