I have a friend thats a girl that I went to college with. we almost hooked up in school, I know she liked me and she knew I liked her. We flirt pretty bad, but i'm not sure if I should tell her how I feel. I can't stop thinkin about her, what should I do???

You mentioned that you "almost hooked up in school". Why didn't you guys hook up?

I probably wouldn't tell her that you loved her until after you have dated a while.
