It takes a certian type of face for short hair to look good on a woman, and many with short hair don't pull it off.

But of course that's not to say that all men prefer women with long hair. You should do what YOU want to do and not worry about conforming your behavior to match someone else's idea of beauty.

I guess it depends on your personality and what you will be comfortable with. I had long hair forever and cut it one year ago. Long hair made me feel sexy and short hair makes me feel fun & sexy.
