Ever see "year and a half in the life of Metallica"?? WHen Hetfield fucking goofs on Ricky Rackman sooo bad...saying things like "whats your total favorite metal video??". But yes I must admit that I miss it too compared to all the crap that MTV plays now

Man, I used to love that show. Even though at the end, it was becoming just like mainstream MTV. Playing all of the popular "metal" videos. I miss seeing old Anthrax,Megadeth,overkill, Suicidal Tendancies videos.

I miss it too. Very very much. Nothing like staying up until 3 and then finding the porno on PRISM (Philly version of HBO) or the time we got free Playboy Channel and batching until 4. Those were the days. Even when thy would run Beavis & butthead after HB Ball would be great. I still have a pretty good archive of shows ranging from 88 - 92 ans a few Superock shows too. Anyone wants copies, let me know.

I miss Prism too, had that back in the early 80s, but they mostly showed Flyers games. Now that I am getting Digital Cable, I will only be watching MTV 3 or 4, which ever is the good one.

on VH1 on fridays around 1am Scott Ian from Anthrax used to host the "Rock Show". i dont know if they cancelled it. but it was a damn good headbangers ball type of show.
