Yesterday I saw a film which instantly fit into my "10 Funniest Movies of All-Time". I didn't stop laughing throughout the duration of Death to Smoochy. "I NEVER SAW VENICE" and "I'M RAINBOW FUCKING RANDOLPH!!!"

Another case of me missing out on a good thing cause of the retards that i'm staying with. We rented "Death to Smoochy" and some other mindless modern "thriller" a few weeks ago. Started the night by popping "DtS" into the DVD. About 20 minutes into it when i'm just starting to be amused, they all decide that it's not funny and they don't like it. Long story short, out it comes and in goes the crap! I HATE IT HERE. I'm so happy i'm moving out of here tomorrow. Maybe i'll actually get to watch the Simpsons now... i haven't seen it in over a month and a half!!! These retards would rather watch Everybody Loves Raymond. Over the Simpsons for crying out loud!!

It was definitely a good comedy, but it gets funnier if you watch it with the right people. I saw it the first time with some buddies, and we laughed like 3rd grader throughout most of the movie. It was so funny that I insisted that a female friend of mine watch it with me the first time we saw it on HBO/PPV/whatever. I still enjoyed it, but she didn't think it was the classic that I had described.

this movie is a materpiece! the cinemetography was great!

i like how they blew out the colors for the happy kid scenes, and then soften them for the darker scenes

i did have a problem with the background in the scene where the girl meets smoochy and they get some thing to eat. it just didnt edit well.

then theres this weird shadow that kept moving around on jon stewart when hes in the car with robin williams.

besides all that tho, great comedic twist on a demented storyline.

I just watched it last night. It was much funnier then I expected it to be. When the do the reveal to show that Smoochy is at the Nazi ralley, I almost pissed my self. "HEIL SMOOCHY!!"

The Big Ass Club: These people looked deep within my soul and assigned me a number based on the order in which I joined.

it was a damn funny movie..i thought it was great..they really used some good camera angles, and i really laughed my ass off at some parts of it..too bad most critics wanted to bash it..
