You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

The video you refer to features a bunch of white guys whose music sucks. They distinguish themselves from the other videos typically seen on that station in that you can understand the lyrics in the N-Sync videos and they don't suggest killing anyone. The person who produced this video is black and thus the music is entirely appropriate for BET.

Plus, they didn't want to pay royalties for "Whitey's on the Moon."

"Whitey's On The Moon" was a great bit, mocking the insane rantings of Gil Scott Heron.
