This is why they suck, and I'm going to tell all of you so you completely avoid ever getting anything from this joke of a company. Not only am I being charged a $25 activation fee on each of my first two bills, but also an extra $5.00 charge. Now the last time I checked, an "activation fee" means they charge you for it being activated, which they don't do every f'ing month! And besides that, when i bought the phone, they said that the activation fee was waived, so I don't have to pay anything!

So instead of paying my normal monthly fee, they're adding an extra 30 bucks to it...but that's not even the worst part. As I'm on hold with MCI today, for 45 minutes mind you, I check my mail and see that I have two more bills from them, for phone numbers for cell phones that I don't even own, but are on my name! How the hell did that happen you ask? Well it beats the hell out of me!!!!!

And so I'm on the phone for another hour, when all of a sudden, they disconnect me! Without even talking to anyone, they just disconnect me, those bastards.

All I know is that I will never buy anything related to MCI ever again, and none of you should either. THEY SUCK! Plus the music they play when you're on hold sucks even more...I'm going to kill them alll, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! :(

cuz,you think you got problems.try voicestream.they give you 1 million minutes a month.but the service is always down.stick too beepers.$1.99 a month,and you can always have a good reason why you didnt call back the people you dont wanna talk too

I would follow your advice skullcrush, but I want to have a cell phone because I have this fear that one night at 3am I'll break down on some highway in pitch black darkness. I even have a roadside kit with road flares ard everything just in case...but the cell phone is a must due to my fear of the world.

They're all bastards AMB. I thought Sprint was better than most though, but oh well....only 8 more months till my contract is up! *sigh*

But the good news is, i was only on hold for 40 minutes today, and apparently they've fixed everything, or so they say. I've won this round!

Verizon is the best one to have in the tri-state area. It has the best coverage and the least blackout spots.

JustJon, my MCI phone works off the Verizon network, so the service is really damn good...but the customer service, and the mistakes on the billing really get me angry. I love the service otherwise, but because of what happened within just the first couple months of owning one through them, I'll definitely never get anything through MCI again. But the Verizon network is damn good.
